CleanTeam

Our teams are trained to clean using productive, responsible and proactive methods. But we also train our operatives to understand the aspects of the service that are most important to our client on a particular site, as this often varies from location to location.

Promoting this type of independent, proactive thinking, it follows that our cleaning teams are encouraged to identify where further improvements can be made. We have branded this client-focused, employee-empowered approach as Carlisle CleanTeam™.

Putting a name to this teamwork approach helps to promote an inclusive way of working that is ‘real’ to operatives, clients and managers. After CleanTeam™ has been adopted on a site, the cleaning operatives will clearly understand that they should make suggestions, such as identifying when tasks can be done most effectively during an operation.

Our CleanTeam™ approach is especially beneficial where our staff work in isolation or in remote locations.

It is rare in the UK cleaning industry to take this approach and we are proud that our employees are empowered by this philosophy and that they recognise the importance of the service they provide. It has proven to dramatically improve quality for our clients and their customers.

Part of the CleanTeam™ approach is to take the feedback of teams working in a specific environment and, with the operatives, design a process and deliver it to other sites in the form of Standard Cleaning Instructions. These instructions are developed to brief employees on the most efficient way of getting specific jobs done to consistently high standards. They are designed to comply with legislative requirements, whilst using simple, easily understood language and pictures.

Our 24/7 helpline facility is an emergency contact point which will offer reassurance that you can contact us at any time if you need support. It also helps you to escalate information in the event of a serious emergency.
